KB Golden Life Care is recruiting residents for 'KB Pyeongchang County,' a silver town (senior welfare housing) being introduced for the first time since its launch.
KB Golden Life Care announced on the 8th that it is accepting residents on a first-come, first-served basis for 'KB Pyeongchang County,' located in Pyeongchang-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul.
'KB Pyeongchang County' is the first silver town introduced by KB Golden Life Care, providing living, housekeeping, health, and cultural leisure services for seniors aged 60 and above who can live independently.
Move-in is available from next month, with a deposit of 30 million KRW. Applications are open from age 60, and the upper age limit has been removed to allow older seniors (75 and above) to reside as well.
The complex consists of a total of 7 floors, from 2 basement levels to 5 above ground, with 164 units. There are 8 types based on exclusive area: ▲10.4 pyeong (34.3㎡) 24 units ▲11.6 pyeong (38.2㎡) 8 units ▲11.7 pyeong (38.8㎡) 24 units ▲11.9 pyeong (39.3㎡) 48 units ▲13.1 pyeong (43.4㎡) 40 units ▲13.4 pyeong (44.4㎡) 8 units ▲17.2 pyeong (56.7㎡) 4 units ▲20.1 pyeong (66.4㎡) 8 units.
In addition, community facilities such as a luxury spa, GX room, massage room, fitness center, health management room, and cultural leisure program room are provided, along with rooftop gardens and primary medical institutions (clinics and hospitals) to meet the various convenience needs of the elderly within the building.
Furthermore, a dedicated social worker provides concierge services. In addition to 24-hour emergency response services, health monitoring sensors installed in each unit manage stress and sleep quality and detect emergencies during sleep.
Residents can also use the 'KB Golden Life Care Village,' a premium urban-type nursing facility operated by KB Golden Life Care, if nursing care is needed. Currently, 'KB Golden Life Care Village' has locations in Wirye and Seocho, with plans to expand to three more locations in Eunpyeong, Gangil, and Gwanggyo by 2025.
Meanwhile, consultations for moving into KB Pyeongchang County can be received via phone or on-site visits. Detailed information is available on the KB Golden Life Care website.
