In a statement released that day, KFME said, "The allowance of disposable product use and the extension of the guidance period is a desirable decision that will alleviate the burden on small business owners facing increased costs, labor shortages, and conflicts with consumers."
KFME emphasized, "Small business owners also value environmental protection and sustainable development," adding, "However, the current disposable product regulations were implemented without any foundational support, causing significant difficulties for small business owners."
KFME argued that if disposable product use is fully regulated at business sites, small business owners will suffer due to increased costs from using biodegradable products, higher employment expenses, and increased consumer complaints due to dissatisfaction with the quality of biodegradable products.
