KISA Hosts the 13th Software Development Security Conference
Held under the theme of ‘Safe SW Development Security, Advancing Digital Korea!’
The Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA), the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, and the Ministry of Science and ICT announced that they will hold the "13th Software Development Security Conference" at Yangjae EL Tower on the 14th. Marking its 13th year, this year's Software Development Security Conference will share the achievements of software development security systems and engage in various discussions on future directions under the theme "Safe SW Development Security, Advancing Digital Korea."
Recently, cyberattacks exploiting vulnerabilities in the software supply chain have occurred, making "security" increasingly important throughout the software lifecycle?from planning, design, operation, maintenance, to disposal. In response, the government and KISA recognize the importance of software development security and are implementing related systems and support projects.
The conference will begin with a keynote speech titled "CI/CD Pipeline for DevSecOps, and AI" by Shin Eun-su, Technical Director at Amazon Web Services Korea. Following this, three sessions?Industry & Trends, Analysis & Research, and Systems & Policies?will feature presentations on new technology trends in security vulnerability diagnostic tools related to software development security, the effectiveness of security in secure coding, and the status of systems and operations.
