bhc Holding Company Dismisses CEO Park Hyunjong... New CEO Cha Youngsoo Appointed
CEO Park Hyunjong has been dismissed from his position as the CEO of Global Gourmet Services (GGS), the holding company of bhc. GGS is a holding company that owns 100% of bhc's shares.
On the morning of the 6th, the GGS board of directors held a meeting and unanimously resolved, excluding CEO Park Hyunjong, to change the CEO of GGS. Cha Youngsoo, an inside director and registered executive of GGS, was appointed as the new CEO of GGS.
Additionally, the GGS board proposed a change in the CEO of bhc, resolving to dismiss CEO Im Geumok and appoint inside director Lee Hoonjong as the new CEO. The change in bhc's CEO is expected to be finalized through a resolution at the bhc board meeting on the 8th.
