Visit of Saudi SME Authority Head and Delegation
Benchmarking Kibo's Innovation Policies
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter Kibo) announced on the 6th that a delegation led by Sami bin Ibrahim Alhusseini, Director General of the Small and Medium Enterprises Authority of Saudi Arabia, visited Kibo's Seoul office to benchmark Kibo's technology evaluation model and other key business cases.
The Saudi SME Authority Director General and a total of 14 members visited Kibo to comprehensively understand how technology finance is applied for innovative SMEs. The Saudi delegation discussed cooperation plans for the development of startups in both countries through an introduction to Kibo's technology evaluation system, a roundtable meeting, and on-site visits to supported companies.
At the roundtable held at the Seoul office, Kibo provided information on ▲ the concept and evaluation indicators of Kibo's technology evaluation system ▲ evaluation methodologies incorporating artificial intelligence ▲ key business achievements such as technology evaluation, technology transactions, and investment ▲ cases of overseas transfer of the technology evaluation system. Kibo also shared its experience and support systems to continuously cooperate so that they can be utilized in the Saudi SME Authority's projects.
Following this, the Saudi SME Authority delegation visited VIV Studio, an AI-based video content specialist company located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, guided by Kibo.
