The 3rd Gwanak Sarang Gift Certificate Additional Issuance of 12.5 Billion Won
Starting November 8 at 10 AM, Purchasable via Five Apps Including ‘Seoulpay+’... Expected to Ease Residents' Cost of Living and Revitalize the Local Economy
Gwanak-gu (Mayor Park Jun-hee) will issue an additional 12.5 billion KRW worth of Gwanak Love Gift Certificates to ease the burden of living expenses for residents and revitalize the local economy by promoting consumption within the district.
The discount rate for this issuance of gift certificates is 7%, and Gwanak-gu will fully cover the subsidy for the discount rate.
Purchasing the gift certificates will be available from 10 a.m. on November 8, with a purchase limit of 500,000 KRW per person and a holding limit of 1.5 million KRW. The gift certificates can be purchased in mobile form in units of 10,000 KRW.
The Gwanak Love Gift Certificates can be used at approximately 11,650 affiliated stores within the district. Purchases and payments are possible through five apps: ‘Seoulpay+’, ‘T-money Pay’, ‘Shinhan SOL’, ‘Moneytree’, and ‘Shinhan Play’.
Purchase cancellations are allowed at any time regardless of the period, and for balance refunds, if 60% or more of the gift certificate has been used, the remaining balance excluding the 7% discount subsidy will be refunded.

Meanwhile, since 2020, the district has actively worked to revitalize the depressed local markets by issuing a total of 161.2 billion KRW in local currency, including 147.4 billion KRW of Gwanak Love Gift Certificates, 2 billion KRW of Sillim Station Commercial Recovery Gift Certificates, and 11.8 billion KRW of special issuance gift certificates such as Commercial Recovery Special Support Gift Certificates and e-Seoul Love Gift Certificates.
