2023 Korea! Changwon Tintin Festival Held
Changwon Special City in Gyeongnam successfully held the nationwide youth club competition, ‘2023 Korea! Changwon Tintin Festival,’ at Yongji Cultural Park.
Held on the 4th, the ‘2023 Korea! Changwon Tintin Festival’ marked its 17th year this year, firmly establishing itself as a nationwide youth club competition festival. The event featured various programs including club competitions (music/dance/club activities), experience booths, and invited singer performances, providing entertaining sights and enjoyable activities.
The competition, which showcased the infinite potential and talents of youth, saw enthusiastic participation with 114 teams nationwide applying during the preliminary registration held from August 1 to September 17. Through preliminary judging, 21 teams advanced to the finals, and a total of 27 teams?including 2 Popularity Award winners, 3 Excellent Booth Award winners, and 1 Special Award winner (elementary school dance team)?were awarded certificates such as the Minister of Gender Equality and Family Award and the Changwon Special City Mayor Award, along with prize money worth 17.2 million KRW.
Additionally, various experience booths such as club booths, youth organization booths, and career booths attracted the hearts and footsteps of young people. The ‘Fringe Stage’ provided an opportunity for youth to showcase their talents spontaneously, and the ‘Life Four-Cut’ photo booth allowed attendees to capture memories of the Tintin Festival.
