KG Mobility Sold 6,421 Units Domestically and Internationally Last Month... 51% Decrease Year-on-Year
KG Mobility announced on the 1st that it sold 6,421 units domestically and internationally last month. This is a 51.3% decrease compared to the same period last year.
It sold 3,804 units domestically and 2,617 units overseas. Domestic sales decreased by 6.5% compared to the previous September. Exports also dropped by 52.5% compared to the previous month. The company explained, "Sales declined due to production stoppage caused by the integration construction of the assembly line at the Pyeongtaek plant and weakened consumer sentiment."
The cumulative sales volume up to last month this year reached 102,820 units (including CKD), which is 9.8% higher than the same period last year.
