'DoctorCall,' developed by LifeSemantics, is a service that allows patients to make medical appointments based on their health information. After launching non-face-to-face medical consultation services for overseas Koreans through the 2020 regulatory sandbox project, it is currently collaborating with local hospitals in Thailand.
Through this business agreement, the two companies plan to carry out system development and advancement work for the introduction of the service. This will enable Norang Poongseon to offer the DoctorCall service to customers purchasing domestic and international package travel products, and expand the scope of safety and medical services available to overseas travelers.
