Busan Bank Selected as an Excellent Company for Two Consecutive Years in the 'Korea Financial Consumer Protection Index'
BNK Busan Bank was selected as an excellent company for two consecutive years in the regional bank category of the '2023 Korean Consumer Protection Index (KCPI)' announced by the Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC) on the 31st.
The Korean Consumer Protection Index (KCPI) is an index that reflects the degree to which consumers directly experience and perceive the quality of a company's products and services. In 2023, the survey was conducted on a total of 72 financial companies across 10 financial sectors.

This year, it also established an internal control inspection team for financial consumer protection.
Additionally, the bank has continuously made efforts to realize customer satisfaction through product development reflecting customer opinions, service enhancement and system improvement, and activities to prevent incomplete sales.
It also supports financial activities for financially marginalized groups by operating the Senior Supporters system, mobile branches, and a counseling center exclusively for the elderly.
