"Buy Fall·Winter Clothes Cheaply"... CJ OnStyle Hosts 'OnStyle Fashion Week'
CJ OnStyle announced on the 30th that it will hold the largest fashion event of the second half of the year, ‘OnStyle Fashion Week,’ from October 30 to November 12. Approximately 1,950 brands will participate in the event.
Since fall and winter clothing items tend to have higher unit prices, customers are more inclined to purchase quality items at once. Accordingly, CJ OnStyle plans to focus fashion broadcasts during prime time by utilizing multi-channels such as TV shopping, live commerce, and mobile special exhibitions, while simultaneously running large-scale promotions on mobile to fully boost fall and winter fashion sales.
The live commerce, which will play a central role during the event, will be dual-operated through CJ OnStyle’s own application (app) channel ‘Live Show’ and the dedicated live commerce YouTube channel ‘Hot Deal Set Net Open Run,’ conducting a total of 48 fashion broadcasts. Brands with high recognition and favorable customer impressions were carefully selected.
During the two-week event, TV shopping and mobile special exhibitions will each select 14 key brands daily to present daily special sales. Representative brands include △The Edge △Nike △Samsung C&T △Guess △Calvin Klein △Must It △UGG, among others. During this period, customers who purchase fashion items worth 200,000 KRW or more twice will receive a 10% point accumulation benefit (up to 30,000 KRW), with an additional 5% accumulation possible for daily key brands. There is also a 7% card discount.
There are also new products exclusively introduced by the industry. Cowell Fashion’s new brands ‘Our Place,’ ‘BBC Earth,’ and ‘FIFA1904’ will be unveiled for the first time in the industry. These are trendy products with high rarity value reflecting the tastes of the MZ generation.
In response to the trend of enjoying short-form videos during OnStyle Fashion Week, the fashion content resources will also be expanded. Short-form videos for each of the 14 key TV shopping brands will be produced in-house and displayed in the mobile store, aiming to achieve maximum sales and marketing performance through advanced product customization content. CJ OnStyle already piloted a tab within its app to collect ‘short-form’ videos in August, the first in the industry, achieving a 58% increase in customer inflow and a 283% increase in customer order conversion rate compared to similar existing event stores, confirming positive customer response.

Hwang Yena, head of CJ OnStyle’s Fashion New Business Division, said, “As the weather has become chilly in the mornings and evenings, more customers are preparing winter clothes, and sales of related products have noticeably increased. Starting next year, we plan to scale up ‘OnStyle Fashion Week’ into a large-scale event held twice a year in the first and second halves to strengthen our position in the fashion market.”
