Operating 'Autumn Forest Pilates' to Enjoy the Natural Scenery of Achasan at Gwangjin Supnaru... 5 Sessions from November 6, Teaching Basic Moves for Diet and Strength Improvement... Open to All Women, 30 Participants per Session, First-Come-First-Served Registration on Gwangjin-gu Website
Gwangjin-gu (District Mayor Kim Kyung-ho) is operating 'Autumn Forest Pilates,' where participants can enjoy the autumn scenery of Achasan while exercising.
Last summer, the district held 'Midsummer Night Pilates' at Ttukseom Hangang Park. Following the great response from women who wanted to exercise after work, this time the program is set against the backdrop of autumn Achasan.
The classes take place at Gwangjin Supnaru, harmonizing with the natural surroundings of Achasan. The program runs for a total of five sessions from November 6 to 10, and participants can join the one-hour classes for free by bringing only their personal items.
The lessons are well-structured with exercises effective for dieting and muscle strengthening. The movements are easy for beginners to follow, and experienced professional instructors with many years of experience will carefully guide participants according to their level.
Each session covers ▲ core strengthening and belly fat reduction ▲ full-body blood circulation ▲ walking balance development ▲ pelvic correction and lower body exercises ▲ full-body dieting.
Any women residing in or living within the Gwangjin-gu area can participate. Thirty participants per session will be recruited, and applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis through the Gwangjin-gu website from October 30 to November 3.
