LG Electronics stated during the conference call held after the Q3 earnings announcement on the 27th, "According to market research firms, TV demand is expected to show an overall recovery starting next year," adding, "Although gradual, growth is expected to continue for a certain period beyond next year."
The company explained, "We are striving to respond swiftly to changes in the market environment by not only continuously monitoring industrial demand forecasts but also establishing a collaborative system with local distribution partners by region to overcome the impacts of macroeconomic changes and to promote the expansion of TV business growth."
