KB Financial Group Receives A+ in All Categories for 4 Consecutive Years in KCGS ESG Evaluation

KB Financial Group announced on the 27th that it has received an A+ rating in all categories for the fourth consecutive year in the 'KCGS ESG Evaluation and Rating Announcement' published by the Korea ESG Standards Institute.
KCGS is a leading ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) evaluation organization in Korea. Since 2011, it has been assessing the ESG levels of domestic companies and publicly disclosing the ratings.
KB Financial received excellent evaluations in all ESG areas, including 'Establishment and internalization of a company-wide environmental management system,' 'Setting diversity goals and disclosing performance,' 'Establishment of group safety and health policies and social contribution policies,' and 'Promotion of ESG management centered on the board of directors.'
A KB Financial representative stated, "The acquisition of this A+ rating is the result of all affiliates focusing their ESG implementation capabilities for a sustainable future," adding, "We will make company-wide efforts in global climate leadership as well as gender equality and social responsibility activities."
