On the 25th, Gumi City held the 'Hwangto Barefoot Trail Walking Experience' event at Jisan Saetgang Ecological Park.

Participants walked along the Hwangto Barefoot Path in Jisan Saetgang Ecological Park, a healing spot gaining attention in the urban area, strengthening their health and happiness.
In response to the recent surge in interest in health and healing and the demand for the Hwangto Barefoot Path experience, the city created a Hwangto path (L=150m) and a sandy soil path (L=250m) along the walking trail in Jisan Saetgang Ecological Park in mid-October. They also installed a Hwangto pool, Hwangto ball pool, foot washing station (with air gun), and shoe storage racks.
Next year, the city plans to further extend the Hwangto Barefoot Path (L=750m) and expand various experience spaces to actively promote citizens' health.
This year, the city made every effort to transform Jisan Saetgang Ecological Park into a new urban healing spot by installing night lighting, a swan symbol sculpture, and a Jisan Saetgang letter photo zone. With the creation of the Hwangto Barefoot Path, the park is expected to become a signature premium park representing Gumi.
