Gwangjin-gu Shares Secrets to Slow Down the Aging Process

Gwangjin-gu (Mayor Kim Kyung-ho) will hold a 'Celebrity Invitation Health Lecture' at the Gwangjin-gu Office Auditorium on November 1st.
As we approach a super-aged society, the purpose is to provide correct knowledge about aging and to help people lead a healthy elderly life.
The event will be held twice on the 1st, at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., lasting two hours each time. It will proceed with lectures followed by Q&A sessions, and up to 300 participants can join each session.
For this special lecture, Professor Jung Hee-won from the Geriatrics Department of Seoul Asan Medical Center, widely known for academic activities and lectures on elderly health, has been invited. Under the theme "You Can Also Age Slowly," participants will learn exercise methods to prevent geriatric syndromes such as falls, urinary incontinence, gait disorders, sarcopenia, and frailty, and to slow down the aging process.
The lecture will cover topics such as ▲Body to Overcome Aging - Mobility ▲Weapon to Turn Back the Clock - Mental Health ▲Health and Disease ▲Skills for Aging Wisely, providing content for a healthy and vibrant old age.
Participation is possible after registration, with the application period from October 23 to 27, and only one session can be applied for.
