The ‘Senior Talent Development Education Project’ is a program provided by Gwangyang Steelworks aimed at creating high-quality jobs by offering various talent development education programs for local seniors. The project is supported with approximately 50 million KRW in funding from the ‘POSCO 1% Sharing Foundation,’ which is funded by 1% of the salaries of POSCO employees.
The talent development education program is not simply about providing jobs but includes courses such as ▲board game instructor ▲silver cognitive instructor ▲promotional content expert ▲coffee clay expert ▲barista, designed to help seniors flourish in their second life, drawing attention for its comprehensive approach.
In particular, the promotional content expert training is highly anticipated as it will provide education on image and video editing and utilization methods, aligned with the increasing demand for media content utilization skills in today’s era.
