Hana Bank, First in Banking Sector to Link Fractional Investment... Real Estate and Music Rights Investment OK
Linked with Lucent Block, Musicow, and Others
Hana Bank has launched the first service in the banking sector that allows fractional investment in real estate and music copyrights.
Hana Bank announced on the 24th that it will launch the 'Hana OneQ Fractional Investment Linked Service' on the 25th.
This service is structured by linking ‘LucentBlock’ and ‘Musicow’, both designated as innovative financial services by financial authorities. Through Hana Bank's mobile application 'Hana OneQ', users can access new fractional investment offerings in real estate and music copyrights and connect to the related product-selling fractional investment companies.
‘LucentBlock’ is a fintech company operating the real estate fractional investment platform ‘Soyu’, which has sold offerings for five buildings since its first public offering in June last year. ‘Musicow’ is the world's first music revenue securities fractional investment platform, which re-launched its service last month after a comprehensive business restructuring that issues music royalties in the form of revenue securities rather than traditional participation claims.

A Hana Bank official stated, "An era has arrived where high-value assets that were difficult for the general public to access can be bought and sold in small fractions." They added, "In addition to real estate and music copyrights, we plan to link additional fractional investment companies with a stable investor protection foundation, such as those dealing with artworks and Korean beef, to support not only the MZ (Millennial + Z) generation with high interest in diverse investment assets but also middle-aged and older generations."
