Korea Exchange Hosts 'KRX ESG Forum 2023'
The Korea Exchange announced on the 23rd that it will hold the 'KRX ESG Forum 2023' on the 31st under the theme of 'Desirable Directions for Introducing Domestic ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) Disclosure Systems.'
This forum has been organized to discuss a desirable blueprint for the domestic ESG disclosure system in preparation for the upcoming mandatory ESG disclosures. The event will feature presentations on the current status of ESG disclosures and disclosure standards, as well as case presentations on the disclosure preparation status of major listed companies. Additionally, panel discussions involving experts from the government, listed companies, investors, consulting firms, and research institutes will be held to discuss the direction for introducing domestic ESG disclosure systems.
