On the 20th, Saemaeul Geumgo Central Association announced that it will award 12 outstanding Saemaeul Geumgo employees who prevented voice phishing damage in the third quarter of this year.
The awardees are employees who detected signs of voice phishing from customers visiting Saemaeul Geumgo branches and reported the damage and criminal facts to the police, thereby directly preventing customer harm. This award has been conducted quarterly since this year, with 12 recipients in the first quarter and 15 in the second quarter.
Saemaeul Geumgo Central Association explained that through such awards, it honors the contributions of Saemaeul Geumgo employees who helped prevent voice phishing damage, raises awareness of the work, and ultimately strengthens damage prevention for customers.
