K Bank Recruiting Double-Digit Scale Internship Positions Leading to Employment

Internships in 5 Job Categories for 3 Months Starting January Next Year
K Bank announced on the 19th that it is recruiting double-digit scale internship positions linked to full-time employment.
The recruitment positions include a total of 5 job categories and 10 positions: ▲Tech (IT) ▲Business & Marketing ▲Data Analysis & Development ▲Risk Operation & Management ▲UI/UX (User Interface/User Experience). The hiring scale is double-digit.
Internship participants will be assigned to on-site teams from January 3 to March 31 next year, working together with team members. Through 'one-on-one mentoring with seniors,' they can receive job training as well as support needed for organizational adaptation. In addition, various internship programs such as basic education for young professionals and group projects will be conducted.
The monthly salary is 3 million KRW, and those who pass the full-time conversion evaluation after completing the internship will work as full-time employees of K Bank starting from April next year.
The recruitment process is conducted entirely online. It consists of three stages: document screening → personality test → interview. For the Tech (IT) field, a coding test is given, and for the Data field, a pre-assignment is provided. The coding test will be held on weekends considering the convenience of applicants currently enrolled in school.
