Muan-gun to Host YD Festival Supporting the Dreams of Youth Next Month

Held from the 17th to the 19th of next month at Namak Central Park area

Muan-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Kim San) will hold the Muan YD (Young Dream) Festival, supporting and encouraging the dreams of youth, for three days from the 17th to the 19th of next month at Naman Central Park.

According to the county on the 18th, the 3rd Muan YD Festival, under the theme "Soar like a Dragon, Youth City Muan," aims to promote Muan as a youth city where young people's dreams come true and to create opportunities for youth to showcase their hidden talents and abilities. The goal is to develop it into a global event attracting young people not only from Korea but from around the world.

On the 17th of next month, the festival will open with an opening ceremony and celebratory performances by Haiki, Kisum, Superbee, and Space A, along with a drone light show. On the second day, there will be an autumn night healing concert with the Yoon Do-hyun Band, and on the final day of the festival, a very cool performance prepared by youth for youth will take place.

Additionally, various experiential events will be held, including competitive programs such as the Youth Song Festival, Youth Dance Competition (Shinbok High School cover dance, street dance), street basketball tournament, youth policy proposal contest, and the '4th Industrial Experience Center,' an experiential venue for innovative technologies leading future industries, as well as the 'Youth Pocha' (youth street food stalls).

Governor Kim San said, "This year, a special event is also prepared for high school seniors who have finished the college entrance exam. I hope visitors to Youth City Muan, full of the energy of Oryong, will blow away their accumulated fatigue and stress in one go."
