View original imageOn the 11th, Seongnam Mayor Shin Sang-jin held an empathy talk show with about 50 MZ generation public officials on the third floor of the city hall's Hannuri Hall.
The event was organized by Mayor Shin Sang-jin to share fresh ideas and experiences regarding city administration.
The talk show was conducted in a natural and comfortable atmosphere, where participants talked about public service life and asked and answered questions about topics they were curious about.
The candid conversation covered everyday topics such as the latest trends, favorite cost-effective restaurants, health management methods, as well as the image of a competent public official and ways to handle malicious civil complaints.
When asked about his MBTI (personality type), Mayor Shin said, "I took the test with my daughter, and it came out as ‘ESTJ’," then asked, "Do you think I seem like an ESTJ type?"
As a life-changing book, he mentioned Dostoevsky's Crime and Punishment, which vividly depicts the human inner world. He said he enjoys listening to Indian music and classical music, often through YouTube.
Mayor Shin advised, "You MZ generation public officials are valuable talents who will shape the future of Seongnam City," adding, "The practical public officials who promote city administration and policies must be happy so that their positive energy can be fully delivered to the citizens."
