Anyang City announced on the 11th that from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on that day, a variety of programs will be prepared so that pet owners and non-pet owners can happily coexist through a proper pet culture.
Programs involving pets include ▲an obstacle course where participants interact with their dogs ▲a talent show with pets called "I am a Superstar" ▲a dog "Wait Mission," among others. Additionally, 12 experience zones will be operated, including making homemade snacks, pet-accompanied caricature experiences, and dog life photo booths.
All programs can be joined on-site through same-day registration.
Furthermore, there will be a "Petiquette OX Quiz," where pet owners and non-pet owners solve quizzes together to build empathy, and a "Healthy Pet Life Talk Concert" led by veterinarian Lee Hak-beom.
A dog sports (agility) playground where dogs can run and play freely will also be available.
Mayor Choi Dae-ho of Anyang said, "I hope this festival will be an opportunity to establish a happy pet culture where pet owners and non-pet owners can coexist."
