Kogarobotics Unveils Two Market-Friendly New Serving Robot Models
Serving robot company Koga Robotics is introducing two new serving robots with significantly enhanced user convenience.
Koga Robotics announced that it will participate in the ‘2023 RoboWorld’ held from the 11th to the 14th at KINTEX Exhibition Hall 1 in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi Province, unveiling two serving robots, ‘Servinggo Mini’ and ‘Servinggo Prime’.
The new products were developed to respond to the market demand for smarter serving robots and to expand the range of consumer choices, thereby broadening the adoption base of serving robots.
Servinggo Mini is about 27% smaller than Koga Robotics’ existing serving robot, ‘Servinggo Classic,’ improving usability in narrow aisles. It is designed to fit not only small-scale stores such as neighborhood cafes and bakeries but also upscale lounges and restaurants. A large display attached to the front provides product advertisements and promotional information. Additionally, it offers various customized video content to enhance customer favorability, profitability, and revisit rates.
Servinggo Prime is a versatile serving robot with a rear open-type design that can be introduced in various industries. It eliminates the inconvenience of plate insertion direction when using serving robots in stores, allowing comfortable use from any side.
Koga Robotics’ Servinggo series is equipped not only with indoor autonomous driving performance of the device itself but also with CMS (Call Management System) and FMS (Fleet Management System) functions responsible for smooth calling and collaboration of serving robots. Koga Robotics plans to create various value-added services beyond simple transportation through the newly released Servinggo Mini and Prime as well as existing products.
The new products, including Servinggo Mini and Prime, can be seen and experienced firsthand at the ‘2023 RoboWorld’ event. On the 14th, a launch event commemorating the release will be held with comedian Seo Kyung-seok, the Servinggo model.
