Kim Dong-ho, CEO of Korea Credit Data, Participates in 'Single-Use Item Zero Challenge' with Small Business Owners
'Special Exhibition of Eco-Friendly Products' 마련
Korea Credit Data announced on the 11th that CEO Kim Dong-ho participated in the eco-friendly campaign "Single-Use Products Zero Challenge" organized by the Ministry of Environment. The Single-Use Products Zero Challenge is a relay campaign started by the Ministry of Environment in February this year with the purpose of reducing the use of single-use products in daily life to practice carbon neutrality and protect the environment. CEO Kim joined the campaign upon the recommendation of Hwang Hyun-sik, CEO of LG Uplus, and nominated Kim Dong-hwan, CEO of Backpacker, who operates Idus and Tumblbug, as the next participant.
Korea Credit Data established a "Special Eco-Friendly Products Section" as part of this campaign. Small business owners can replace single-use items such as plastic containers and paper cups, which they have provided to customers while running their stores, with eco-friendly products. They also plan to provide a method to easily apply for waste oil, which was difficult to handle in restaurants, through the Cash Note app.
