On the 30th at 2 PM, 'Cafe Notice' in Jung-gu, Busan to Host 'Local Creator Insight Forum'
Sharing Startup Know-how and Cases of Local Creators from Other Regions, Providing Opportunities to Expand Business Areas
Busan City and Busan Technopark will hold the ‘Local Creator Insight Forum’ at 2 PM on October 30th at Cafe Notice (located in Jung-gu).
‘Local Creator’ refers to entrepreneurs or startup companies that create business value through creativity and innovation based on the region’s natural environment and cultural assets. It includes activists in seven fields: hub brands, regional value, local food, region-based manufacturing, eco-friendly activities, region-specific tourism, and digital cultural experiences.
This forum is organized as part of the ‘Busan Youth Local Creator Development Project,’ which focuses on supporting young local creators in the Busan area, sharing creative ideas, and contributing to the revitalization of the local economy.
The forum will feature various programs such as ▲Local Creator Story Challenge ▲Insight Talk ▲Insight Networking ▲Pop-up Store Operation.
Outstanding local creators from other regions will be invited as speakers to share their know-how with related workers, and a pop-up store featuring about 10 Busan local creators will be operated to provide opportunities to expand the business areas of local creators.
In particular, the Insight Forum lectures will include Jo Hee-jung, Research Director of The Possible Lab, Ahn Jae-min, CEO of Jeju Local Creator Jeju Mini, and Kim Myung-eun, CEO of Jeju Local Creator Color Lab Jeju as speakers.
Anyone interested in local creators and youth startups can participate in the forum. Registration is open from the 9th to October 25th through the Instagram application site.
