SmartScore Acquires Course Management Company Jongsin Mulsan
Full-Scale Entry into Golf Course Outsourcing Business Expected to Create Synergy

SmartScore has acquired Jongshin Mulsan, a company providing comprehensive golf course management services.

Jongshin Mulsan is a company engaged in golf course management in Korea, based on businesses such as pesticides, fertilizers, turf, landscaping, pest control, and construction. In addition to golf course environmental infrastructure projects, it possesses the largest number of optimized equipment for golf course management in the country. Collaborating with KT, it has established a smart green solution and has taken the lead in developing new turf varieties and R&D by establishing a turf research institute. Currently, it manages the turnkey course management of 20 golf courses domestically.

The SmartScore Group supplies its golf course IT solution, SmartClub, to 365 golf courses in Korea. It operates ‘SmartScore,’ the largest golf platform application in the country with approximately 3.4 million members. In August, it acquired the Atitaya Group, based in Thailand and Malaysia, expanding its golf course operation business overseas. It has already established overseas subsidiaries in six countries and provides IT solutions to more than 30 golf courses in Southeast Asia.
