The newly opened 'Labor Harmony Center' was originally opened in 2004 under the name 'Labor Harmony Hall' and has been in operation since then, but due to aging facilities, reconstruction began in October 2021. The new building, with a total floor area of 2,097㎡ and five floors above ground, was completed at the end of February.
