Gwangju Nam-gu to Host Eco Festival on 7th at Nodae Mulbit Neighborhood Park
The 3rd Nodae Eco Festival will be held on the 7th at Bunjeoksan in Nam-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, and Nodae Mulbit Neighborhood Park.
Nam-gu announced on the 5th that it will host the Eco Festival, where visitors can enjoy various experiences and performances to relax in the forest and lake park in the city center.
The 3rd Nodae Eco Festival will be held on the 7th from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM, divided into Part 1 and Part 2.
The Part 1 event, under the theme "Picnic in the Forest," will take place from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM around Bunjeoksan. It starts with a children's drawing contest at Bunjeoksan, followed by yodel songs and a balloon magic show.
Additionally, there will be trekking around Bunjeoksan, a flute performance in the forest, recreational activities, and various hands-on experiences such as making aroma soap and hand wash, all complemented by busking performances.

At Nodae Mulbit Neighborhood Park, the Part 2 event will feature the Mulbit Concert. From 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, for two hours, visitors can enjoy everything related to music, including vocal performances by Park Seong-gyeong and Lee Geon, traditional Korean music (gugak) by the yanggeum ensemble Yangion, and bandoneon performances. Additionally, singer Kang Taepung is expected to take the stage.
