Ulsan Ulju-gun Expands Installation of Heated Seats at Bus Stops to Prepare for Cold Wave
Ulju-gun, Ulsan City, will expand the installation of heated seats at 56 local bus stops.
Ulju-gun is sequentially installing heated seats to prepare for the winter cold and to improve transportation convenience for local residents. Heated seats have received positive responses as they help reduce the cold for passengers waiting for buses during winter.
Currently, there are a total of 838 bus stops in Ulju-gun, of which heated seats are installed and operated at 196 locations.

Reflecting the demands of bus users for heated seats, Ulju-gun plans to install heated seats at a total of 56 bus stops, including Guyeonggyo, Nambu Senior Welfare Center, and Ulju Library, by November.
An official from Ulju-gun stated, “We will continue to strive to improve the conditions for using bus stops so that Ulju residents can conveniently use public transportation.”
