Dong-A University Holds 'K-Move 15th Recruitment Briefing'... Accelerating Support for Overseas Employment
Dong-A University held the ‘K-Move Recruitment Briefing Session’ to enhance students' global competencies.
Since 2014, Dong-A University has been operating the U.S. Global Expert Program under the K-Move project by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea for 10 years, with a cumulative total of 500 overseas employment cases. According to university information disclosure standards, it ranked 2nd nationwide in the number of overseas employed graduates and is expected to rank 1st nationwide this year.
K-Move is a program where students undergo domestic training before employment in the U.S. Dong-A University currently operates four courses (Technician, Design, Business, Logistics and Trade), with 49 students receiving education on campus. These students are scheduled to be employed in the U.S. sequentially.
Under the supervision of the Global Talent Development Center, the ‘K-Move School U.S. Global Expert Overseas Employment Program 15th Recruitment Briefing Session’ was recently held at Seunghak Campus and Bumin Campus, with about 80 students participating.

View original imageStarting with this briefing session, Dong-A University plans to recruit students until the 11th and operate the Technician (10 students) and Business (12 students) courses in the second half of this year.
Students selected through interviews will undergo 7 months of domestic training (650 hours) and will begin working sequentially at excellent companies located in the U.S. from May next year, with an annual salary of approximately $36,000.
Representative companies where trainees have been employed include Asiana Airlines U.S. branches (LA branch, Seattle branch), H-mart, a leading U.S. food company, and SL, an automotive parts company with sales of 4 trillion KRW, among various local companies.
