Elon Musk (52), CEO of Tesla, is set to face a custody lawsuit. Grimes (real name Claire Boucher, 35), a Canadian singer who shares three children with Musk, has filed a custody confirmation lawsuit against him regarding their children.
According to foreign media including NBC on the 3rd (local time), Grimes submitted a "Petition to Establish Parentage" to the San Francisco court on the 29th of last month.
This petition corresponds to a lawsuit to confirm child custody. Generally, such petitions are filed along with demands for custody or child support, but Grimes is reported not to have requested child support or custody.

According to Musk’s biography written by author Walter Isaacson, even after their breakup, the two wanted to have more children, and in June last year, they secretly had a son named "Techno Mechanicus" through another surrogate.
The reason why Grimes filed the lawsuit against Musk concerning their children has not yet been confirmed. However, U.S. media are linking it to a post Grimes made on social media last month.
According to Isaacson’s biography, when Musk was expecting their second child with Grimes, he donated sperm to Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis (36), a company he founded, resulting in twins. Grimes reportedly became very angry upon learning this later.
According to internet media Jezebel and others, Isaacson posted photos of Musk, Zilis, and their twin children on "X" (formerly Twitter) on the 6th of last month ahead of the biography’s release. Grimes commented, "Tell Shivon to unblock me, and tell Elon to either let me see my son or respond to my lawyer."
She added, "This situation has completely torn my family apart, yet until this moment, I have never been able to see photos of these children." It is reported that Grimes deleted this post shortly after uploading it.
