On the 2nd (local time), according to the US CNN broadcast, the Russian Telegram channel 'Port' claimed to have obtained a copy of Prigozhin's will.
Port stated that through this will, notarized last March, Prigozhin designated his 25-year-old son Pavel as the sole heir to his assets, including the Wagner Group.
Accordingly, Port explained that Pavel submitted an inheritance application to the authorities on the 8th of last month.
Previously, Prigozhin died in a plane crash two months after launching an armed rebellion against the Russian government.
Port reported that Pavel plans to collect debts that Prigozhin was owed.
Port estimated that the Russian Ministry of Defense owed Prigozhin $800 million (approximately 1.0868 trillion KRW).
There are also claims that Pavel intends to return Wagner mercenaries to the Ukraine war.
