Therefore, Mayor Lee Gang-deok ordered thorough pre-inspections of major tourist attractions such as coastal areas, markets, and drama filming locations.
In particular, he stressed the importance of hygienically managing public restrooms and promptly collecting trash at tourist spots and crowded places like the coastline so that visitors can use the facilities in a pleasant environment, and urged all to do their best in environmental maintenance.
The mayor also requested efforts to minimize administrative gaps during the Chuseok holiday and asked for special attention to ensure that public officials maintain discipline throughout the holiday period.
