Gwangju Seo-gu Family Center, Recruiting Consignment Operation Institutions Until the 12th of Next Month

Seo-gu District Office in Gwangju Metropolitan City (District Mayor Kim Ikang) announced on the 27th that it will recruit consignment operation institutions by the 12th of next month for the efficient operation and management of the ‘Seo-gu Family Center’.

Eligibility for application includes ▲non-profit corporations related to healthy family projects or multicultural family support under Article 32 of the Civil Act located in Gwangju Metropolitan City as of the announcement date ▲schools under Article 2 of the Higher Education Act ▲social welfare corporations under Article 2, Clause 3 of the Social Welfare Services Act ▲public interest corporations under Article 2 of the Act on the Establishment and Operation of Public Interest Corporations ▲non-profit organizations related to healthy family projects or multicultural family support under Article 2 of the Act on Support for Non-Profit Private Organizations.

Gwangju Seo-gu Family Center, Recruiting Consignment Operation Institutions Until the 12th of Next Month

The scope of consignment includes the operation of Seo-gu Family Center facilities and projects such as ▲basic projects like family relations and family care ▲separate projects such as childcare support, shared parenting spaces, family capacity building support, and Korean language education ▲and other projects designated by the district.

Corporations and organizations wishing to operate the consignment should prepare application documents and visit the Gender Equality Division on the 2nd floor of Seo-gu Office to submit them.

If selected as a consignment institution, they will be responsible for the overall operation of the Family Center for three years from January next year to December 2026, running education and programs as a specialized family welfare service institution.
