Gumi Facilities Corporation in Gyeongbuk has received the Laboratory of Excellence certification for two consecutive years in the 2023 International Proficiency Testing for Water Quality organized by the Environmental Resource Association (ERA) in the United States.

View original imageThe Environmental Resource Association (ERA) is an internationally accredited proficiency testing organization that evaluates expertise in the environmental field. Every year, analytical institutions worldwide participate to gain recognition for their testing and analytical capabilities and reliability at an international level.
In this evaluation, conducted over 46 days from July 17 to August 31, the corporation participated in six major water quality test items (BOD, TOC, SS, T-N, T-P, and coliform bacteria). All items met the evaluation criteria (Z-score below 2.0), demonstrating the accuracy and excellence of their analytical capabilities.
