Maken Conducts 'Plogging Environmental Protection Campaign'... Also Hosts 'Manbo Walking Challenge'
Global healthcare logistics company MARKEN recently announced on the 25th that it conducted a plogging environmental protection campaign at Yeouido Hangang Park in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. Plogging is a compound word combining the Swedish word "Plocka upp," meaning to pick up, and the English word "Jogging." It is an environmental activity that involves picking up litter while walking or jogging.

In addition to plogging, MARKEN added significance to the event by conducting a 10,000-step walking challenge in which MARKEN employees worldwide participated in real-time. Employees from Asia-Pacific countries including Korea, Singapore, Australia, India, Taiwan, Japan, China, and Hong Kong joined the challenge through MARKEN’s wellness management application, strengthening global teamwork.
