On Monday the 25th, the nation will be mostly cloudy with raindrops falling mainly in the central regions.
According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 24th, on the 25th, the country will be mostly cloudy as it lies on the edge of a high-pressure system moving eastward from the northern East Sea. Light rain of less than 0.1mm is expected from dawn to morning in the Seoul metropolitan area, Gangwon Yeongseo, and northern Chungcheong. Occasional rain will fall in Jeju Island in the afternoon.
The morning low temperature will be between 14 and 21 degrees Celsius, slightly higher than the average (11 to 19 degrees), and the daytime high temperature will be between 23 and 28 degrees Celsius, similar to the average (23 to 26 degrees).
The Korea Meteorological Administration has urged special caution for traffic safety as fog with visibility less than 1 km is expected in some inland areas and the Gangwon mountain region from dawn to morning.
Fine dust levels will be 'Good' nationwide due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.
Until morning, winds will blow very strongly at 9 to 16 m/s in the southern offshore areas of the southern East Sea, the southern offshore areas of the South Sea, and the western coastal waters of Jeju Island, with waves rising very high at 1.5 to 4.0 meters. Navigation and fishing vessels should exercise caution.
