[Asian Games] Judo Star Lee Harim Wins Silver Medal
Lee Ha-rim (26, Korea Racing Authority), the flagship of the Korean judo national team, won a silver medal at the 2022 Hangzhou Asian Games.
On the 24th, Lee Ha-rim lost by waza-ari to Yang Yong-wei (Taiwan) in the men's 60kg judo final held at Linpu Gymnasium in Xiaoshan, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China.
After the match started, both received one shido (penalty) each at 1 minute and 35 seconds, and 30 seconds before the end of the match, Lee conceded a waza-ari from an uchi-mata throw. Despite launching an all-out attack in the remaining time, he ultimately lost.

Lee Ha-rim is a lightweight judo ace who won a bronze medal at the 2018 Jakarta-Palembang Asian Games and a bronze medal at the 2023 World Championships, and rose to No. 1 in the International Judo Federation (IJF) world rankings in July (currently No. 3).
