Lotus Korea Unveils 918-HP Electric SUV 'Elettra'
Advance Reservations Open... Exhibition in Seongsu, Seoul Until the 28th
Prices Expected in the Mid-100 Million to Early 200 Million KRW Range
Lotus Cars Korea unveiled its first hyper electric large sports utility vehicle (SUV), the Eletre, on the 21st at Peaches Do Won in Seongsu, Seoul. Pre-orders also began on the same day, and deliveries are expected to start in the first half of next year.
This vehicle is Lotus's first SUV and a pure electric hypercar. It is sold as the Eletre S and the high-performance model Eletre R, depending on the powertrain. The R model has a maximum output of 675 kW (918 horsepower) and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.95 seconds.
Equipped with a lithium-ion battery, it can be charged from 10% to 80% battery capacity in just 20 minutes using a 350 kW fast charger. With a wheelbase of 3109 mm, the interior space is also ample. The optional KEF Reference audio system features 23 speakers.
Standard features include active air suspension, continuous damping control, torque vectoring, Lotus Intelligent Dynamic Chassis Control, and 22-inch forged wheels. Matrix LED headlights, adaptive cruise control, and a head-up display are also provided.
The vehicle price is expected to be in the mid to high 100 million KRW range for the Eletre S, and in the low 200 million KRW range for the Eletre R.

Pre-orders started simultaneously with the vehicle unveiling. The first 200 customers will receive Bang & Olufsen Beoplay HX headphones as a gift. The Eletre will be exhibited at the same location until the 28th.
