"Zero Contribution Fee at Move-in for Identical Equilibrium"…Hyundai Construction's Bold Proposal to Yeouido Hanyang
Increase General Sale Profitability with 'Hyper-End'
Delivering the Best Development Gains to Owners
Proposing the Complex Name 'The H Yeouido First'
Hyundai Construction has promised the owners of Yeouido Hanyang Apartments the best development profits by increasing sales revenue and providing a 100% refund upon moving into units of the same size. The strategy is to reduce the owners' burden by enhancing the luxury of the complex and thereby increasing the profitability of general sales.
On the 20th, Hyundai Construction announced this business proposal as it participated in the bidding for the construction contractor selection for the Yeouido Hanyang Apartment reconstruction project.
According to the business proposal, Hyundai Construction will realize a ‘hyper-end’ residential product by introducing duplex designs and private terraces in all officetel units that align with modern residential trends. The living room ceiling height will be raised to 5.5 meters to maximize space utilization, and each unit will be designed to provide a private outdoor terrace.

A vertiport landing pad will be installed on the rooftop to enable rapid medical treatment using urban air mobility in case of emergency patients.
This plan to supply hyper-end residential spaces is expected to increase profitability through general sales, thereby reducing the owners’ contributions. Above all, applying the hyper-end residential product, which was previously only used in small-scale complexes, to Yeouido Hanyang itself is unprecedented.
In fact, Hyundai Construction has introduced small-scale complexes with top-tier residential facilities such as ‘PH129’ and ‘Eterno Cheongdam’ in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, ‘La Brue 27’ in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, and ‘Aper Park·Aper Hangang’ in Seobinggo-dong, Yongsan-gu. Notably, PH129 recorded a nationwide official apartment price of 16.24 billion KRW in 2023, becoming synonymous with the highest-end residential areas.

Additionally, Hyundai Construction proposed the complex name ‘THE H YEOUIDO 1st’. This name symbolizes ‘Yeouido’s first reconstruction complex’ and conveys that it will be the one and only landmark enjoying the first hyper-end lifestyle in Yeouido.
A Hyundai Construction official said, “We have carefully considered the history and dignity embedded in Yeouido Hanyang Apartments and proposed various special features reflecting the owners’ valuable opinions to create Yeouido’s best landmark. We will mobilize all our capabilities to apply the finest design and planning befitting the name ‘THE H YEOUIDO 1st’, creating the best landmark and delivering the greatest benefits to the owners.”
