CJ Foodville Vips Unveils New Menu to Stimulate Autumn Appetites
CJ Foodville's Vips announced on the 21st that it will introduce new menu items perfect for enjoying the flavorful and stylish autumn season.
The new menu features the concept of a "bountiful autumn gourmet table at Vips," utilizing representative autumn ingredients such as apples, chestnuts, and persimmons to offer a rich and diverse range of flavors from BBQ to pasta, pizza, salad, and desserts. A new steak made with lamb chops has also been introduced, expanding the steak selection.
Among the salad bar items, the "Maple Nuts Roasted Chicken" adds a unique taste with sweet maple sauce and savory nut toppings, while the "Apple Salad" combines sweet autumn apples with a refreshing cheonggyul dressing to stimulate the appetite. Other offerings include the "Golden Apple Gorgonzola Pizza," topped with apples coated in apple cinnamon sauce, walnuts, and arugula; the "Autumn Nutritious Rice," steamed with chestnuts, ginkgo nuts, pumpkin, jujube, and black rice, combining both flavor and health benefits. Desserts capturing the taste of autumn, such as "Persimmon Rare Cheese Pudding," "Apple Pie," and the "Non-Alcoholic Apple Cinnamon Cocktail," also attract attention.
The "Herb Garlic Lamb Steak," which pairs well with the salad bar, is prepared on a wood-fire grill using the premium French rack cut of lamb. The cooking method imparts a smoky aroma from oak charcoal, creating a deep flavor, and it is finished with a herb garlic crust to enhance the rich texture. The "Herb Garlic Lamb & Sirloin Steak," allowing customers to enjoy both lamb and beef steaks together, is also available.
