LG CNS Forms New Business Alliance with Aegis Asset Management for Data Centers and More
LG CNS is collaborating with Aegis Asset Management to develop new businesses such as cloud data centers and urban logistics centers.

View original imageLG CNS and Aegis Asset Management announced on the 20th that they signed a business cooperation agreement at the LG CNS headquarters in Magok. Through the agreement, the two companies will start mutual exchanges to ▲expand the construction of domestic and overseas cloud data centers and attract new customers ▲build urban logistics centers ▲expand new businesses based on artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud technology.
By combining LG CNS's digital transformation (DX) technology capabilities with Aegis Asset Management's investment assets, they will cooperate in the data center business to strengthen the cloud service foundation. Currently, the two companies are promoting large-scale domestic data center construction projects such as the Hanam Data Center and Samsong Data Center. They also plan to enter the Asian data center market through collaboration with Aegis Asia, based in Singapore.
They will also develop urban logistics center businesses. LG CNS will be responsible for building infrastructure and operating facilities for urban logistics centers using technologies such as AI, data, and logistics robots. Aegis Asset Management will handle real estate assets and capital investment, and jointly cooperate in attracting clients.
