Housing Finance Corporation Initiates Joint Labor-Management Ethics and Human Rights Management
Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF) held the ‘Labor-Management Joint Declaration Ceremony of HF Ethics and Human Rights Management Charter’ to jointly practice the values of ethics and human rights based on a cooperative labor-management relationship.
This declaration ceremony was an occasion for employees to share and express their commitment to the revised Ethics and Human Rights Management Charter, which reflects changed values, norms, and domestic and international issues. The event proceeded in the order of ▲ CEO commemorative speech ▲ screening of a declaration video containing messages on ethics and human rights from the CEO and the labor union chairman ▲ integrity education for senior executives.
President Choi Jun-woo said, “We must strive to build a culture of mutual respect among members through this declaration ceremony,” and added, “Labor and management will work together to actively establish ourselves as a leading institution in ethics and human rights management trusted by the public.”
HF Corporation has received an excellent grade in external integrity evaluations for 13 consecutive years from 2010 to 2022, conducted by the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission.

CP refers to a series of systems and activities to practice integrity and ethics management, including compliance with anti-corruption laws.
