Incheon Muido Natural Recreation Forest, Fishing Village 'Mudflat Experience' Event
The Korea National Park Service announced on the 14th that from the 20th of this month to the 31st of next month, a 'Mudflat Experience Event' will be held near the Ponae Fishing Village Experience Village located in the National Muui-do Natural Recreation Forest on Muui-do Island, Incheon.

The National Park Service expects this event to strengthen the bond between Muui-do Natural Recreation Forest and the local community, as well as contribute to increasing the income of village residents.
Since the opening of the Muui Bridge in April 2019, Muui-do has become known to the public as a famous mudflat destination on the west coast, gaining popularity.

Kim Myung-jong, Director of the National Park Service, said, “We hope the mudflat experience event will establish itself as a representative case of coexistence between the recreation forest and local residents,” and added, “The National Park Service will continue to devote efforts to developing related programs to provide better services to visitors of the 45 national natural recreation forests nationwide.”
