The police have applied for an arrest warrant for a man in his 20s who modified a toy gun to shoot steel balls at a building located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
On the 14th, the Suseo Police Station in Seoul announced that they had arrested and were investigating Mr. A on the 12th on charges of special property damage and violations of the Safety Control of Firearms, Knives, and Explosives Act, and that they had applied for an arrest warrant.
