Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation Supports Recruitment of 'Customized Talent' for Outstanding SMEs
The Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation has newly launched the ‘Customized Recruitment Support for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)’ project this year and will provide talent recruitment support services to participating SMEs starting this month.
The Customized Recruitment Support for SMEs project connects recruitment experts (corporate specialized consultants) with excellent SMEs that provide high-quality job information, supporting companies in hiring the employees they desire.
The Job Foundation is collaborating with Unico Search Co., Ltd., a corporate consulting firm, to begin providing full-scale services starting with seven SMEs that have recruitment plans from September to December.
These seven companies are excellent SMEs in terms of wages and working conditions but face difficulties in recruiting talent due to relatively low recognition.
The seven companies plan to hire about 30 people this year. The Job Foundation and Unico Search Co., Ltd. will identify the talent profiles desired by the companies and find customized candidates to connect with the companies.
The main recruitment positions include financial planning, overseas sales, research planning, IT operations, and development sales. Annual salaries range from 30 million to 35 million KRW for new employees and an average of 43 million to 55 million KRW for current employees.
To secure recruitment information from excellent SMEs, the Job Foundation has consulted with organizations such as the Large Corporation Win-Win Cooperation Headquarters, IBK Industrial Bank, Kookmin Bank, and the Korea Federation of SMEs to collect recruitment information that was previously managed individually by each institution.
The Job Foundation provides this information through a dedicated section called ‘Desirable Job Information Center’ on its job information portal ‘Jobaba (www.jobaba.net).’ Currently, over 12,000 job listings are available.
