The 13th Gangdong Artists Festival Held
Festival of Artists Hosted by Gangdong Artists Association at Gangdong Art Center from 13th to 24th
Providing Opportunities for Local Artists and Offering Diverse Performances and Exhibitions to Residents
Gangdong-gu (Mayor Lee Soo-hee) is sponsoring the artists' festival, the "13th Gangdong Artists Festival," organized by the Gangdong Artists Federation, which will begin on the 13th.
Held from September 13 to 24 at the Gangdong Art Center, the "13th Gangdong Artists Festival" marks its 13th year, providing long-term opportunities for local artists to showcase their work while offering residents a rich variety of performances and exhibitions.
The festival features performances by seven groups from the Gangdong Artists Federation, six groups from the Gangdong-gu public art organizations, and the invited Gangdong International Disabled Cultural Exchange Association. The performance schedule is as follows: ▲ Gangdong Gugak Association (15th, Small Theater) ▲ Public Dance Troupe (17th, Grand Theater) ▲ Public Pungmul Troupe (17th, Small Theater) ▲ Gangdong Dance Association (20th, Grand Theater) ▲ Public Senior Choir and Public Women's Choir (21st, Grand Theater) ▲ Gangdong International Disabled Cultural Exchange Association (21st, Small Theater) ▲ Public Youth Symphony Orchestra (23rd, Grand Theater) ▲ Gangdong Theater Association (23rd, Small Theater) ▲ Public Gyeonggi Minyo Art Troupe (24th, Grand Theater).
Additionally, throughout the festival period, an exhibition of works by the Gangdong Artists Federation's affiliated art, calligraphy, literary, and photography associations will be held at the Artlang Exhibition Hall in the Gangdong Art Center.
