Mr. A is accused of shocking the neck of a woman in her 50s who was waiting for a bus in front of a bus stop located in Sangbuk-myeon, Yangsan, at around 1:30 p.m. on the 4th. It was confirmed that Mr. A and Ms. B did not know each other. After Ms. B reported the incident, the police arrived and apprehended Mr. A about 300 meters away from the bus stop.
